Your wedding is a happy family occasion where just a touch of formality will add so much to this, your special day.

So your Toastmaster will conduct the formalities of the occasion in a relaxed, friendly, yet dignified manner to adding that

'Touch of Class'

After liaising with the banqueting staff your Toastmaster will:

* Welcome and direct the guests at the reception
* Take care of the cards and gifts
* Assist the Photographer
* Organise the receiving line
* Introduce the guests
* Herald the entry of the bridge and bridegroom
* Announce and offer grace
* Supervise the special ceremony of cutting the cake
* Announce the various speakers and toasts

Your Toastmaster will call you prior to the reception and go through the procedure in detail and will attend to any special requirements.
He will also help you to construct your speeches if desired.
In short, your Toastmaster will take on the responsibility of ensuring that
'everything goes according to plan'
You will safe in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of so that the Host and Hostess and the Bride and Bridegroom can relax and enjoy this 'Special Day'
